Rave reviews!!! This is the second time we’ve used Dupage Carpet Cleaning and we will continue using them for future cleanings! Jason is the owner, and he truly is all about giving the best customer service possible. His great service has translated to his employees Michael and Carlos. They were both wonderful, especially Carlos! He was knowledgeable, personable, and from the moment he walked into our home, we knew we were going to be provided with top notch service. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results as well. Carlos also informed us of how to keep our carpet looking fresh longer. We really appreciate the tips and tricks (white socks always, no bare feet..who knew???)! Now our 9 month old can crawl all over the clean carpets, leaving Mom and Dad worry free! Found these guys by doing a search and was a first time customer. The owner himself came out and cleaned carpet, tile and 2 chairs. Gave some advice on carpet care and a free bottle of spotter and was efficient. Got a call the next day making sure everything dried out. Fantastic customer service!

Jason and Mike cleaned my couches yesterday. They were thorough, explained the process, and I felt safe with them in my home. They took their time and I feel I got a great value in the price I paid. I could even pay with Zelle, which was nice. I was ready to trash my couches but now they look so great I can keep them for a few more years. Thanks Jason and DuPage!

Recently had the carpets in my home cleaned by DuPage Carpet Cleaning. Very satisfied with the service received.
Nick and Matt arrived on time, actually early. They were professional, thorough in explaining the outcome I should expect and attentive to address any spots that needed pre-treating.

Great small business! Jason was super accommodating and was able to squeeze me into the schedule last minute as we are in crunch time to get our house on the market for a relocation.
